This is Paintworks core business… we specialise in spray painting MDF and wood to a very high quality, in low sheen or high gloss finishes

We use a durable 2 pack polyurethane paint, which gives a beautiful smooth finish that’s easy to clean & maintain, so it will stay looking good for many years.

Most paint ranges, such as RAL, Dulux, Farrow & Ball, Little Green (and many others) are already formulated in the 2 pack paint that we use, however we can also colour match to a visual sample if required.

We finish lots of different types of interior joinery including domestic furniture, shopfitting and exhibitions. Whilst there are some limitations to finishing units, we can finish most types of assembled units, and we can advise on construction methods to achieve the best finished results.

We specialise in finishing MDF & wood, but we can also spray paint onto many other materials, such as metal, fibre glass and some plastics. Some customers prefer a more rustic, hand painted look on their joinery. Whilst this isn’t something that we offer, we understand that in some situations it’s a more appropriate finish.

However, preparing joinery for final brush or roller painting on site can be time consuming & messy. So Paintworks offers a priming service, this means you can deliver work to site primed, under coated, and ready for a light rub down & hand painting.
